Open Opportunities

SNS Investment Group is a family-run investment company based in Atlanta. We own and operate hotels, we develop and manage commercial real estate, we invest in private equity, and we are standing up an EV charging division in the Southeast. We are small, we move fast, and we hire people who figure it out.

Operations & Special Projects Associate

Full-time | Sandy Springs / Perimeter, Atlanta, GA | In office, with regular travel to our sites

The role

Your job is to keep this business on track and moving forward. We run a family of companies with a lot in motion at any moment: active projects, properties, construction, vendors, renewals, deadlines, and a new business line getting stood up. What we need most is not another idea. It's the person who makes sure everything we've already committed to actually happens.

Part project manager, part operations, part executive support. One week you're chasing a construction schedule and holding vendors to their dates. The next you're building the tracker that keeps our properties from slipping, pushing a brand-new business line forward, or making sure the follow-ups from Monday actually got done by Friday. You are the person who knows the status of everything.

To be clear about what this is not: this is not an analyst seat. It's an execution seat. Follow-through, proactiveness, and an owner's mindset are what get you far here.

A word on how this role grows. We are a small group growing at an incredible pace, and trust here is earned through work, not handed out with a title. You start with clearly defined lanes you own end to end. As you deliver, the scope widens, and so does your line of sight into the whole business. The path up isn't a straight line, but the ceiling is open: run this seat well and it grows into the right-hand role this company will need as we scale. We would rather promote the proven person than hire a stranger over them.

What you will own

  • Project execution. Keep our active projects moving across our markets. Track the critical path, chase what's stuck, hold every stakeholder honest on timelines, and tell us the truth about where things really stand.
  • Special projects. Our new EV charging division and the other business lines we build. New, unmapped, high-upside. You help drive them from close to zero.
  • Construction support. Sit on our ground-up and renovation work. Read schedules, scopes, and draws. Push GCs, architects, and vendors. You don't need to be a builder, but you need to hold your own with one.
  • Asset systems. Build and run the trackers that keep our hotels and properties from slipping. Deadlines, renewals, vendors, the things that go quiet until they become a problem.
  • SOPs, structure, and AI. Help build the operating system of the company: the SOPs, the processes, and the AI tools that let a small team punch far above its weight. We want AI at the foundation of how we grow, not bolted on later, and we want you driving that with us.
  • Executive support. Roughly a quarter of the week. Run the follow-up tracker across the companies, prep what the principals need before they need it, coordinate schedules around site visits, and close the small loops that pile up. This is the chief-of-staff side of the seat, and it grows as trust does.

Who you are

  • You figure it out. Handed an ambiguous problem, you build a path instead of waiting for one.
  • You finish. Lots of people start things. You are the one who drags them across the line.
  • You're not afraid to work hard, and you want to be a sponge. This seat is for someone who wants to soak up three businesses at once, not someone looking for a lane to coast in.
  • You build structure. Trackers, systems, SOPs, follow-up rhythms. You want to impose order on moving pieces.
  • You're into AI. You keep up with what's new, you actually use it day to day, and you look for ways to build efficiencies with it before anyone asks you to.
  • You switch altitudes without ego. Chasing a permit at 9am, prepping a partner meeting at 2pm, updating a tracker at 6pm. None of it is beneath you.
  • You communicate straight. Good news fast, bad news faster.
  • You hold trust. You will see the business up close, and closer as you prove out. That stays with you.
  • 2 to 7 years in operations, project coordination, real estate, construction, hospitality, or a founder's office. Commercial real estate exposure is a real plus. Titles matter less than range and grit.

What we offer

  • More real exposure per month than most jobs give in years: hotels, real estate development, construction, private equity, and an EV infrastructure business being built from scratch, all from inside the room where decisions get made.
  • Direct daily work with the two principals of the company. No layers between you and the people who own the outcome.
  • A runway with an open ceiling: own your lanes now, earn broader scope, and grow toward the right-hand seat as we scale. We promote proof.
  • Base salary plus a performance component tied to concrete milestones you help deliver. We pay for delivered value, and we'll talk real numbers in the first conversation.

Logistics

Based out of our Sandy Springs / Perimeter office. This is an in-person seat at its core: we collaborate and work hand in hand, and that's also how you'll learn fastest. There's flexibility for remote work along the way, but the default is together. Regular travel to our sites across metro Atlanta, upstate South Carolina, and North Carolina. A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation are required.

Executive Assistant to the Principals

Flexible: fractional to start, around 20 hours a week, or full-time for the right person | Sandy Springs / Perimeter, Atlanta, GA

The role

We are a family of companies with two principals and a lot in motion: hotels, commercial real estate, private equity, and a new EV charging division. This seat keeps both principals and the business itself organized. It is not a travel-heavy, inbox-heavy EA seat. It is a structure seat: the files, the contracts, the systems, and the follow-through that keep a fast-moving firm from dropping things.

You will work directly with both principals and become the administrative backbone of the firm. When something needs to be organized, filed, tracked, or chased, you are the one voice guiding the thread between every layer of the business, from our desks to our project managers to our on-site teams.

What you will own

  • Day-to-day executive assistance. Keep the two principals ahead of what's coming: schedules, meeting prep, follow-ups tracked and closed, and the small loops that pile up. Light on travel booking and inbox management by design.
  • Organizational creation and SOPs. Aid in the creation and deployment of standard operating procedures with clear lines of communication through every level of the business. Build the SOPs, then make sure we actually follow them.
  • Contract management. Be the administrative point of contact for benchmarks, timelines, and renewals: in order, organized, and filed appropriately. The things that go quiet until they become a problem.
  • Data, documentation, and file management. Own how the firm's information is organized across our companies. If a document matters, you know where it lives and it is current.
  • CRM management. We are building our own CRM in-house. You help organize it and run the ongoing management of the system as it comes online.
  • Social media project management. Coordinate the photographers and social media companies that push our marketing and branding goals forward, and promote our development projects. Project management of the content engine, not content creation.

Who you are

  • Proactive and solutions oriented. We call it FITFO: figure it out. Handed something with no playbook, you build one.
  • Organized to a fault. Systems, files, trackers, renewals, follow-up rhythms. You impose order and keep it.
  • Discreet. You will see the business up close, including the numbers. That stays with you.
  • Comfortable with speed and a little mess. Not everything is documented yet. Helping fix that is part of the job.
  • Local to Atlanta and able to be in our Perimeter office 1-2 days a week.
  • Experience supporting a busy executive, founder, or owner. Commercial real estate or hospitality exposure is a plus, not a requirement.

What we offer

  • Flexible, fractional hours to start, with a genuine path to full-time as the role grows.
  • A close working relationship with both principals and a front-row view of how we run.
  • Room to grow into more responsibility across the business.
  • Compensation discussed in the first conversation.

Logistics

Based around our Sandy Springs / Perimeter office. This is not a fully remote role: expect 1-2 set days per week in the office, with the rest flexible. Occasional coordination tied to our sites across Georgia, upstate South Carolina, and North Carolina.
